As your therapist, my role is to walk alongside you in your healing journey, offering tools and approaches tailored to your unique needs. Trauma can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and together we’ll work to gently process those experiences while building strength and resilience. Together, we’ll work to gently process the impact of trauma and help you reconnect with a sense of safety, balance, and strength.
I’ll use evidence-based approaches such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brainspotting, and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help you process painful memories, reduce distress, and shift the patterns that may still be affecting your daily life. Alongside these therapies, I’ll teach you grounding and self-regulation skillsto help you feel safe in your body and more present in the moment.
Our work will focus not only on easing the symptoms of trauma—like anxiety, flashbacks, or emotional numbness—but also on helping you reconnect with yourself, rebuild trust, and move forward with more confidence, balance, and hope.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): EMDR helps your brain reprocess painful or overwhelming memories so they no longer feel as distressing. Instead of getting stuck in the past, you’ll be able to move forward with greater calm and resilience.
Brainspotting: Sometimes trauma is stored in the body in ways we can’t easily put into words. Brainspotting helps us locate and process those deeper places of held pain, giving your mind and body a chance to release what’s been carried for too long.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): CBT gives us practical strategies for understanding and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns. It helps you notice the ways trauma has influenced your beliefs about yourself and the world, and then build healthier, more supportive ways of thinking.
By weaving together these approaches, we can create a personalized path that meets you where you are. You don’t have to relive every detail of your trauma to heal from it—we will move at your pace, with compassion and care, so you can find relief, clarity, and hope for the future.

Recovery is more than just “quitting.” It’s about understanding yourself, healing what’s underneath, and learning healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges. If you’re struggling with substance use, know this: you don’t have to face it alone, and you don’t have to do it perfectly. As your therapist, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion, respect, and a deep belief in your ability to change.
A Safe and Nonjudgmental Space
Many people carry shame or guilt about their substance use, and that can make it hard to reach out for help. In our work together, you don’t have to hide or pretend. This is a space where you can be honest about your struggles, your fears, and your hopes—without judgment. I will listen, support, and encourage you at your own pace.Understanding the Root Causes
Substance use is often a way of coping with pain, stress, trauma, or feelings of disconnection. Instead of focusing only on stopping the behavior, we will also look at what drives it. By exploring the “why,” you can begin to break free from the cycle and find healthier, more sustainable ways to manage what life throws your way.Evidence-Based Approaches
With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we’ll identify the thoughts, feelings, and situations that trigger cravings and learn new ways to respond to them.
Through Motivational Interviewing, we’ll strengthen your inner motivation and build confidence in your ability to make changes, even when it feels difficult.
If trauma is part of your story, we can use EMDR or Brainspotting to process those painful memories in a safe and gentle way, helping to release the weight they carry.
Building a Life Beyond Substance Use
Recovery isn’t just about letting go—it’s also about building something new. Together, we’ll work on practical skills like stress management, emotional regulation, and healthier coping strategies. We’ll also explore how to rebuild trust in yourself, strengthen relationships, and create a sense of purpose that makes sobriety meaningful.Walking the Journey Together
I know recovery isn’t always a straight line. There may be setbacks, and that’s okay—we’ll use those moments as opportunities to learn, not reasons to give up. My role is to walk with you, offering encouragement, accountability, and compassion every step of the way.You don’t have to fight this battle alone. Healing is possible, and together, we can help you reclaim your life, your health, and your hope for the future.

As your therapist, my role is to support you in navigating the weight and complexity of depression with care, compassion, and evidence-based tools. I understand that depression is not just "feeling sad"-it can affect your energy, motivation, relationships, and sense of self. You may feel stuck, isolated, or overwhelmed-and I want you to know that you don't have to go through this alone.
Here's how I can help you:
A Safe and Supportive Space —I offer a non-judgmental, confidential environment where you can share openly-whether you're feeling numb, exhausted, hopeless, or just not yourself. You don't need to filter or pretend here. This is your space to be real and supported.
Understanding Your Experience — We'll take time to explore how depression shows up for you personally emotionally, mentally, and physically- and work to understand its roots, whether they come from life events, patterns of thinking, trauma, or other sources.
Tools to Manage and Cope — I'll help you build practical, research-informed skills to manage depressive symptoms. These may include strategies from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), mindfulness, emotion regulation, or other approaches depending on what fits best for you.
Reconnecting with Yourself —Depression can make you feel disconnected from who you are or what matters to you. In therapy, we'll work on gently rebuilding that connection-to your values, your strengths, and your sense of purpose.

If you're living with anxiety, you may feel constantly on edge, overwhelmed by worry, or trapped in racing thoughts that are hard to control. Whether your anxiety shows up in your body, your mind, or your relationships -it can feel exhausting, isolating, and at times, confusing. As your therapist, I'm here to support you in understanding, managing, and healing from anxiety in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and personalized to you.
Here's how I can help:
Creating a Safe, Calming Space — Anxiety can make it hard to slow down or feel safe in your own mind. I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you can speak free to explore your experience, and begin to reconnect with a sense of safety and ease.
Understanding Your Anxiety —Together, we'll look at how anxiety is showing up in your life-whether through constant worry, panic attacks, perfectionism, overthinking, or physical symptoms-and begin to uncover what might be contributing to it.
Building Coping Tools That Work for You — I'll help you learn effective strategies to manage anxiety, including grounding techniques, breathwork, thought- challenging tools, and other evidence-based methods from approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and somatic practices-tailored to your unique needs.
Working with the Root Causes —While we work on easing your symptoms in the present, we’ll also gently explore the deeper patterns that may be fueling your anxiety. This might include past experiences, unhelpful beliefs, or unresolved stress that keeps showing up in your life. By addressing both the surface symptoms and the root causes, we can create lasting change—helping you not only feel relief now but also build resilience and freedom for the future.

Relationships are one of the most important parts of our lives-but they can also be some of the most complex and challenging. Whether you're navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, trust issues, or emotional disconnection, relationship struggles can leave you feeling hurt, stuck, or misunderstood.
As your therapist, I'm here to help you explore these issues with clarity, compassion, and insight-whether you're working on a romantic relationship, family dynamics, friendships, or your relationship with yourself.
Using Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), we’ll work together to identify your goals, clarify what you want your relationships to look like, and highlight the strengths and resources you already have to make positive changes.
Instead of spending all our time analyzing the past, we’ll concentrate on what’s working now, even in small ways, and build on those successes. I’ll guide you with questions and exercises designed to uncover your skills, reframe challenges, and develop practical steps you can take to improve communication, set boundaries, and create healthier connections.
This approach helps you gain clarity and confidence quickly, so you can move toward the kind of relationships—and life—you want, with tools you can continue to use long after therapy ends.
Here's how I can support you:
Improving communication
Navigating Conflict and Repair
Exploring Relationship Patterns
Supporting Boundaries and Self-Worth

As your therapist, I want you to know that you don’t have to face the challenges of mood disorders on your own. Together, we will create a safe and supportive space where you can express your feelings without judgment. I will help you better understand the patterns behind your moods, and we will work on practical strategies to regulate emotions, manage stress, and reduce the intensity of difficult moments.
We may use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thought patterns, mindfulness techniques to bring calm and balance, and coping skills that strengthen your resilience in daily life. I’ll be here to listen with empathy, to validate your experience, and to remind you that progress is possible—even when it feels out of reach.
My goal is to empower you, step by step, so that you can feel more stable, confident, and in control of your emotional world. Together, we’ll focus on not only reducing the painful symptoms, but also helping you reconnect with hope, meaning, and the parts of yourself that bring joy and strength.

I incorporate psychoeducation into my therapeutic work to help clients better understand their mental health challenges and the underlying factors contributing to their symptoms. By providing clear, accessible information about conditions such as addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma, I empower clients to make informed choices about their treatment. This process not only reduces confusion and stigma but also enhances self-awareness, reinforces coping strategies, and strengthens engagement in treatment. I tailor psychoeducation to meet each client’s needs and readiness for change.

I use Brainspotting as a way to help your brain and body process trauma and emotional pain at a deep level — sometimes even beyond what we can talk about. What I’ve found is that where you look can actually connect us to stored emotions or experiences.
You don’t need to explain everything in detail, and we always go at a pace that feels safe. It’s a gentle, but powerful method for healing things that may feel stuck.
